ACE Certification requires annual activity to maintain current status. 2012 Maintenance is for those who earned or maintained their ACE Certification in 2011. To maintain your ACE Certification in 2012, all eligible ACE experts are automatically enrolled into the 2012 Maintenance Learn Track, which requires you to complete the following OnDemand courses:
- Getting Started with RMS Enterprise
- Getting Started with Modero X Series
- Getting Started with Enova DVX-3150HD
- Getting Started with Enova DGX
- Getting Started with AMX Clear Connect
To access the 2012 Maintenance Learn Track, Enter AMX University and click Classroom Courses & Certifications. To maintain your certifications for another year, 2012 Maintenance must be completed by December 31, 2012.
For those who certified or maintained in 2010, but failed to complete 2011 Maintenance, please contact traininghelp@amx.com.

Some people may be qualified as an “expert” based on past experience in AV / IT or related industry. The 2012 ACE Challenge provides an option to earn certification:
- If it has lapsed or expired
- Avoid class attendance or travel requirements
- Pass the same written & practical exams as traditional classroom students
If this describes you, you may request the 2012 ACE Challenge by following these steps.
- Enter AMX University
- Click Classroom Courses & Certifications
- Locate the ACE Challenge Request – 2012
- Click the Register button and Launch
- Complete the survey that appears and standby for further instructions.
