OVERVIEW
HomeManager gives AMX dealers the ability to generate additional revenue, deliver enhanced customer service and support their customers’ systems online - all through a single application. With remote system monitoring and access, using the online, PC-based interface, homeowners can access their systems and make adjustments over the Internet. Notifications are sent via email, page or text message notifying users when service is necessary or when devices become unplugged or are offline. Residents can also leave messages for others and schedule family or group events.

COMMON APPLICATION
Perfect to allow homeowners to “schedule and forget about" system events, be proactively notified of maintenance and security issues and instantly message their dealer for service.
